Social Media

To be honest, if it wasn’t for my wife’s determination to start social media and our website, I wouldn’t bother with online presence to promote my business. I’m not a computer person and I rather not use them. I was very young when I became involved in fitness and began training people in 1981. I enjoy starting conversation with individuals around me and sometimes, they end up becoming clients and will frequently refer their friends and families.

What happened was somewhere in the year 2018, my wife became interested in bikini bodybuilding competitions and after doing her research, she couldn’t believe the amount of “fitness gurus” out on social media. This motivated her to start our own social media so we can help educate as many people as possible because I know, for a fact that the information on health and fitness out there in the world doesn’t even scratch the surface.

As much as I avoid using computers, I’ve come to realize that you have endless supply of conflicting information on the internet and this creates a lot of confusion because you don’t know where to go to have your questions answered. The reason? These experts on social media are only experts in their specialized field. Let me assure you again that this is not enough to correct any of your structural problems.

We try our best to frequently upload short, but educational videos on our Instagram account to allow people to have free access to information that is explained in a manner that you’ve never heard before. While it may sound foreign, we’ve made efforts to keep our videos simple so it’s easier for everyone to understand with very minimal medical terminology. If you still have questions, please contact us at PhysicsBehindFitness@outlook.com or send us a message on Instagram.

Sincerely,

Mark Jensen
